Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt therapy is a relational, body-aware approach to counselling that focuses on the present moment. Sessions often begin with noticing—what’s happening in your body, your thoughts, or your emotional landscape. From there, we gently explore patterns that may be showing up in your life, offering new ways to understand and respond to them.
This approach can support you in:
Recognising and shifting old habits and inner dialogue
Exploring how past experiences shape present responses
Building a stronger connection to your body and needs
Feeling more grounded and aware in everyday life
Sessions last 60 minutes and are available in a calm, private therapy room or via secure online video.
Equine Assisted Therapy
Outdoor, nature-based sessions with horses
Held on a peaceful 40-acre property in Branyan, equine assisted therapy invites you to engage with horses in a non-riding, relational way. These sessions unfold outdoors, often in quiet moments of stillness or gentle movement alongside the horse.
Horses are intuitive and responsive animals. Their presence often supports nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and a sense of connection without needing to talk things through directly.
No previous experience with horses is needed.
